Beware Buying on Ebay

Beware of listings on eBay and China Direct sites using Designer pictures of gowns that are not the actual Designer websites. We have found that there are many Direct from China sites and eBay listings that claim to offer Designer gowns at discounted prices - they are even using some of our own pictures that we shoot here in our Ohio location. All you get when you purchase from these sites is heartache. The gowns they send you, if they actually send you a gown, are not actually what is shown in the picture (see below). Direct from China websites are not governed by the same laws that we are here in the United States. Rest assured when you purchase from Bridal Online Store, you are purchasing from a U.S. company based out of Dayton, Ohio. Recently, we have had many frantic brides call us because they have been burned by buying wedding dresses from designer magazine pictures on eBay and Direct from China Websites (SOMETIMES THEY DON'T EVEN GET THEIR DRESS!). This prompted us to purchase 3 gowns from beautiful designer pictures listed on eBay on our own.

• We bought 3 gowns from a seller based out of China.

• All were listed with bridal magazine pictures only.

• We ordered all 3 in UK size 12.

• Dresses came to us and look NOTHING like what was pictured on the listing.

• The quality of the gowns is very bad – very cheaply made.

• We tried to contact the seller for refund, and they keep giving us the runaround.

• After winning the auctions on these gowns we were charged $220.21 USD after the conversion from British Pounds (£111.99 GBP including shipping) for one of the dresses.

• After asking for a refund on these gowns, all we were given was negative feedback on eBay.
